1. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up or using 32Dent, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Service Description
32Dent is a clinic management tool that helps dental clinics manage patient records, appointments, billing, and communications. We provide the software platform; you are responsible for how you use it.
3. Data Ownership
You own your clinic and patient data. 32Dent does not sell, share, or use your patient data for any commercial purpose. Data is stored securely on Google Firebase servers.
4. Data Security & Privacy
We take reasonable steps to protect your data. However, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with unauthorised persons.
5. Subscription & Payments
32Dent offers tiered subscription plans. Payments are made in advance. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Refunds are not provided for partial periods once a plan is activated.
6. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, exceed their plan limits, or are found to be used fraudulently. You will be notified before suspension where possible.
7. Limitation of Liability
32Dent is a management tool and does not provide medical or clinical advice. We are not liable for any clinical decisions made using the app. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription period.
8. Data on Account Closure
Upon account closure, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted from our servers. You may export your data before closing your account.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of 32Dent after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you via the app announcements.
